The Ongoing Project
We acquired Rosedean House Surgery in 2024, identifying it as a site with significant potential to be transformed into a modern, expanded healthcare facility. Our plans for redevelopment and extension of the building are currently in progress, with live updates available via the dedicated Rosedean microsite as the project moves forward. The building also serves as an operational base for OneMedicare, our sister company and care arm, making Rosedean House a truly integrated example of the OneMedical Group model in action.
