We bring in the experience of our NHS care delivery arm to ensure each of our buildings reflects and responds to each local population’s health and social care needs. Through the expertise of our Business Intelligence team, we conduct in-depth analysis to enable a population health management approach to space utilisation and design requirements that delivers buildings that are fit for purpose and tailored to the local demographic.

Through our sale and leaseback offer, we support primary care, relieve the strain of premises management and free up time for healthcare professionals to concentrate on delivering high-quality patient care.

Our buildings focus on wellbeing for all, helping to create a safe and inclusive environment for service users and staff. Since BREEAM has existed, all our facilities are designed to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” or “Outstanding” accreditation to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all patients.

We work and collaborate with NHS providers, local CCG and practice groups on all areas of health property development, creating long-standing relations with councils, key stakeholders, local authorities and groups for each scheme.

As a proactive property team, we tie strong networks with community healthcare and social services and continue to collaborate with Primary Care Networks and like-minded organisations across all areas of care provision.

Going further, we actively create partnerships with large scale master developers from other sectors to deliver health technology platforms, care workforce design, and wellness led support.

We are a family-owned organisation founded in Yorkshire. From our initial beginnings in healthcare property development, the team’s expertise broadened to delivering better healthcare and wellbeing in Primary and Urgent Care Services in the U.K. and consultancy and technology services.

As a Group, we currently deliver NHS Urgent Care in Sheffield, Derby, Corby, Leeds and Bracknell, alongside NHS Primary Care at GP practices in Milton Keynes, Leeds, Aberdeen, and St Neots, with the support centre based at Bank Top Farm, near Leeds. In addition, we deliver property solutions and medical centres in South Yorkshire, the North West, London, the South East, and the Midlands.
