Planning Permission Granted
We’re pleased to confirm that Blaby District Council has granted planning permission for the new Enderby Medical Centre.
Following detailed feedback from planning officers earlier this year, the scheme was revised to include local ‘Enderby Red’ brickwork, a pitched roof, a repositioned building alongside the Go-Learn Centre boundary, and a dedicated public footpath separated from vehicle access. These changes were made to the external design and site layout only, the internal size, number of clinical rooms, and range of healthcare services remain exactly as originally planned.
With planning permission now secured, we’re moving forward to the next stage of delivery. We’ll continue to update this page as the project progresses.
