What We Did

We secured and developed a new site following early planning challenges, delivering a purpose-built medical centre designed to support modern models of care. Working closely with stakeholders, we created a flexible facility that accommodates GP services while allowing for future expansion, including provision for an on-site pharmacy. The design maximised natural light and ventilation, creating an energy-efficient, welcoming environment that supports both patient wellbeing and staff experience.

The Outcome

The completed centre provides a bright, contemporary healthcare environment that is both visually distinctive and highly functional. Its flexible design allows the facility to adapt to changing community needs and a growing patient population over time. The development has successfully repositioned services into a future-ready setting, improving the overall quality and accessibility of care for the local community.
