What We Did
We delivered a full refurbishment of the urgent care centre within a live clinical environment, maintaining uninterrupted care for high-risk and time-critical services throughout. Working at pace, we completed the transformation in just six weeks, coordinating closely with contractors, clinicians, and diagnostic providers to meet strict operational requirements. Alongside delivery, we led proactive engagement with staff, stakeholders, and the local community to support a smooth transition and build trust during a sensitive service change.
